Some apps within Persokit may require a one-time payment or subscription. All payments are securely handled by Paddle (our merchant of record).
You agree to their terms as part of any transaction, and you are responsible for managing your active subscriptions.
The Persokit brand, website, and platform components are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part without our explicit consent.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms or misuse the platform. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.
Persokit is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, performance, or availability of any specific app or feature.
Persokit is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a new revision date.
