This Policy is provided by the service provider operating under individual activity certificate No. 1011834 in Lithuania, trading as "Persokit." By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
Refunds are processed by the service provider operating under individual activity certificate (individuali veikla) No. 1011834, registered in Lithuania, trading as "Persokit." All references to "Persokit," "we," "us," or "our" in this Policy refer to this legal entity.
Persokit offers refunds for eligible purchases in accordance with this Policy. All payments are processed through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd.), our merchant of record, and refunds are subject to their terms and applicable laws.
Important: By purchasing a subscription or service from Persokit, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate access to digital content and services. You explicitly agree that you will lose your right to withdraw from the contract once the service has been fully performed, which occurs immediately upon purchase and access to the service.
a. Free Trial Period — Your subscription does not start until the free trial period ends. During the free trial period, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and you will not be charged. No refund is necessary as no charge occurs during the trial period.
b. First-Time Subscriptions (After Trial) — Once the free trial period ends, your subscription begins and you will be charged for the first billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee after your first charge. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first charge date. After this 14-day period, no refunds will be provided for the first billing period.
c. Subscription Renewals — If your subscription automatically renews, you will be charged for the new billing period. We understand that sometimes customers may forget to cancel before renewal. Therefore, we offer a 14-day refund window after any renewal charge. If you forgot to cancel and did not use the service during the renewal period, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the renewal charge date. After this 14-day period, no refunds will be provided for the renewal billing period.
d. Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel during the trial period, no charge will occur. If you cancel after the subscription has started, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access until the end of that period. Refunds are available as specified in sections 3b and 3c above.
For one-time purchases of apps or features, refunds may be available if requested within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the service has not been substantially used or consumed.
Refunds are only available in the following circumstances:
a. Cancellation during the free trial period (subscription has not started yet, so no charge occurs and no refund is needed).
b. First-time subscription charges, if requested within 14 days of the first charge date.
c. Subscription renewal charges, if requested within 14 days of the renewal charge date.
d. One-time purchases that have not been accessed or used, requested within 14 days of purchase.
Important: All subscription charges (both first-time and renewals) are eligible for a 14-day refund window from the date of charge. After 14 days, no refunds will be provided for that billing period.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
a. Subscription charges (first-time or renewals) requested more than 14 days after the charge date.
b. One-time purchases that have been accessed or substantially used.
c. Refunds requested due to violation of our Terms of Service.
d. Any purchase where the consumer has explicitly waived their right of withdrawal by requesting immediate performance of the digital service (except for subscription charges within the 14-day window).

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
Once a refund is approved, it may take 10-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issues.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
